Our Story
We are “Rozafa A” Ltd, a company founded in 2018, with a long-standing experience in the construction industry that goes back to the early 2000s. Since our establishment, we have successfully collaborated with both local and international investors, delivering high-quality projects across Albania. Over the years, we have built and sold more than 900 residential apartments, service units, garages, hotels, and other accommodation and auxiliary structures in key locations such as Tirana, Shengjin, Lezha, Shkodra, and beyond.

Hotels
Currently, we are the proud owners of two significant hotels: Hotel Rozafa in Shkodra, one of the most important hotels in northern Albania, and Hotel Rozafa Blu in Shengjin. These properties represent our commitment to creating exceptional hospitality experiences while contributing to the tourism sector in Albania.
Shkoder Project
In addition, we are in the process of launching two major projects that will significantly impact the region. The first is Rozafa Tower, located in the center of Shkodra, a 37-story building with a construction area of approximately 55,000 m². This project will be a milestone for Shkodra and northern Albania, offering a mix of service units, an apart-hotel, a five-star+ hotel, and three underground parking levels.
Velipoje Project
The second project is the Residence and Hotel in Velipoja, spanning around 65,000 m². This project will include hotels, residential apartments, service units, and parking facilities, all strategically located directly on the Velipoja beach.
