The hotel is constructed by “Rozafa A” ltd, a company with 12+ years of experience in construction of residential building. The building is built with a reinforced concrete structural system, where the walls serve as partitions. Thermal and hydrotechnical insulation has been implemented throughout the building to give the building a thermal comfort.
The hotel is located in the beautiful Adriatic seaside, which is renowned for its sandy beaches and lagoons, a popular destination that attracts 40,000 visitors on ordinary days and up to 150,000 on weekends. The sandy beach, complete with a newly constructed promenade and a range of investments in coastal infrastructure, is driving the town’s tourism sector, which is experiencing significant growth.
